Shipping Policy

SHIPPING AND TRACKING

We deliver our products to most of the cities & towns in India. We make sure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, and for this, we ship only through reputed and leading courier services with utmost safe packing.           

1. Each order would be shipped only to a single address specified at the time of order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
2. We ensure a safe packing to avoid any damage in transit.
3. Usually, we process your order & ship it within 1-3 business days (Monday – Saturday, excluding public holidays). However, in some rare cases, we may take longer, generally up to 5 business days. In any such case, we will inform the buyer within 2 days about the delay and the estimated date of dispatch.
4. Once the order is shipped, the delivery time varies based on your location pin code/zip code (usually 1-3 business days, 4-5 business days or 7-10 business days). And for other areas, it could take up to 1-2 weeks.
5. We charge a nominal shipping fee. The shipping charges are not fixed and depend on various factors like nature/category of product, gross weight of the product and destination address etc. The shipping charges on your order will be informed at the time order is being placed.
6. Please refuse to take delivery of the package, if the package is tampered or damaged. Once delivered, no claim will be entertained.

Note: Once we dispatch the items, the courier company will be liable for all delivery arrangements and we cannot be held responsible for the missing/damaged or undelivered item/parcel.
1. You can track your order on our website after it dispatched.
2. Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

Taxes:
We have no control or prior knowledge of State Taxes or Octroi that may be charged by your state. These taxes (if any) will be paid by the courier company and collected from the buyer on delivery. The buyer is responsible for paying these taxes.

 *Note: TSDPL may refuse orders at any time and for any reason, including (but not limited to) the following: concerns about misuse; excessive quantity and/or multiple requests; multiple registrations by the same user, and/or you did not provide enough information when asked at the time the order was placed.
